From moors to mills

Description

We are pleased to be able to announce the launch of our brand new book, From Moors to Mills.
It tells the story of the history of wool in Yorkshire. There are 13 patterns which were designed to be knit up in our fabulous, rare breed, slaughter free pure British Border Leicester yarn.
These patterns follow the theme of the book which follows the route of the fleeces via moors to the mills in Leeds. There are essays in the book talking about the sheep breed, the mills and their workers and how it all began in Yorkshire.
