Our beautiful Border Leicester top is made from our rare breed, slaughter free, Border Leicester fleece. Washed, carded and combed in North Yorkshire.
This truly is a hand spinner’s delight, with its long staple, lustre and bounce, it slides through your fingers. It is very soft, easy to spin and a lovely white colour. It also takes dye very well and is great for felting and crafting.
Available in 3 lot sizes – 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg.
Border Leicester Tops 500g is a great introduction to this wonderful fibre.
