Scarborough Lace Jacket pattern, designed by my cousin, Hazel Stokeld for our wonderful yarn.

This jacket is knitted from the bottom up and is stitched together at the sides, sleeve seams and to set in the sleeves.
The front edges are reinforced for the weight of the buttons with an integral 4 stitch garter band that is folded in half down the length of the front and hemmed down.

The Scarborough Lace Jacket Pattern is fabulous in any of our Yorkshire-inspired colours. Classic or something brighter, you choose something unique and it will become a wardrobe staple.

Materials: Doulton Border Leicester 100% 4ply yarn.
Needles and Sundries: 3.25 mm/US.3 straight needles (min 30 cm long)
5 stitch holders > 15cm long or waste yarn
Enough buttons to fit your chosen buttonhole size and number.
