Knitted in the round using our pure 100% rare breed, British, slaughter-free 2 x 25g, 4ply (fingering) mini skeins and 2 x 30g, 4ply mini skeins.  It’s a great little fair-isle knitting project, using an afterthought thumb technique.  The kit contains enough yarn to knit 2 pairs of mitts – knit some for you and a friend!

These mitts were designed specifically for Doulton Border Leicester Yarn, from their rare breed, high-welfare and slaughter-free flock. This yarn is light, warm, soft and hard wearing. This will ensure you can enjoy the product of your Fingerless Mitts Knitting Kit for years to come.  We do have other products in the Sam the Ram range, such as hats and headbands, if you wish to have more Sam in your life.
