Description
The inspiration for this yoked sweater is the industrialisation of the woollen industry and in particular the mechanised looms of the mills. It is knitted in the round from the top down, with stitches divided for front, back and sleeves after the yoke has been worked. There is a section of short row shaping which is worked back and forth to raise the back of the neck higher than the front. Waist shaping makes it a flattering fit for all sizes.
TENSION
18 sts and 25 rows over 10cm using 5mm needles.
